The purpose of this is to show the metallurgical structure of the materials.

After its cutting-out, polishing and etching, the structure is then accurately inspected.

Coatings thickness measurement

Thanks to measurement software, the microscopic inspection also enables to determine the coating thickness of layers present on the spare parts surface.

Application fields: electro-coating with zinc, nickel and copper plating

Grains size measurement

The grain size measurement consists in the structure examination which purpose is to determine the number of grains per area unit in the material.

Application fields: checking and follow-ups of the spare parts treatment.
