Quality management
CEWAC is accredited by the Walloon Region to help your company quality policy (ISO 9001/2000 - ISO 13485).
In this aim, our centre can carry out the following:
- Audit and inventory of your current quality system in order to enlighten any deviation from the reference norms and sent an actions plan;
- Organization of workshops with the different department managers in order to define their missions and responsibilities;
- Definition and setting of management competences process
- Drawing up of organizational and operational procedures including the ISO 9001/2000 requirements;
- Help in finding solutions to quality problems
- Consultancy for the use of quality tools (measurable objectives, management review, non compliance, corrective and preventive actions, improvement actions;
- Training to the quality system including for the Quality Manager
- Assistance during the quality certification audit
